As a project management-brained digital native, I thrive on finding ways to connect digital and analog. I strongly believe that the theory that "digital is eveything" is fairly over-hyped in today's society. Digital is great, but it's not everything. Creating a digital experience just to be "with the times" isn't the way to go. You need to know your audience and know what makes them tick. Once you know that, you can go much farther than just following the hype.
Targeted Sponsorship - In today's day and age where advertising is as natural as breathing, my focus is around ensuring that advertising is actually relevant to my beliefs and my interests. Due to the influx of marketing and advertising on a daily basis - both in person and online, we've become significantly more skeptical towards brands and their messaging. My work at GroupM connects the strategic end of media buying with the execution of targeted campaigns.
User Journey - A user's journey differs based on a number of variables - type of product or service, how they get there, why they interact with it, what inspires them to make the connection, etc. However, the main connection is that all of those variables exist within every journey.
Creativity and Play - The older we get, the wiser we are. At least that's how the saying goes. But is it true. Through my work with Studio Bud, we've discovered the importance and strength behind the power of play and its impact on creative thinking and problem solving.
